COUNTY CAUCUS MEETINGS
Board delegates are encouraged to hold regular membership meetings (members within the boundaries of a county) to keep membership up to date regarding issues of concern.
Members are encouraged to attend and participate providing input on issues.
County membership meetings are scheduled on the calendar and notices are sent out to members within county boundaries. At times, regional meetings are scheduled and notices are also sent.
